for YOU to

Alleviate Poverty!

Village Markets of Africa pays a fair market price directly to producers in artisan cooperatives managed by the Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church AND returns 50% of profits to those producers in the form of microloans, job training and production upgrades.

KEEP ALL FAIR TRADE FAIR!  Unless a fair trade company engages in direct 50/50 profit sharing with supplying artisans, those suppliers are only "less exploited" rather than empowered through the power of fair trade.  After all, how could anything less than 50/50 still be called fair?  Shop Village Markets of Africa and know you can feel good knowing your purchase will directly improve the lives of poor familes living in Africa today.

We offer fundraiser packages for churches and schools, giving you the opportunity to share the fair trade message with people in your community.

Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have questions or comments.
